Performa invoice...download and format to print?

Okay..first off, sorry about the thread title, it may be misleading.. :rolleyes:

Anyways I downloaded a performa template from here. And I need to get it to MS word or another editing app so I can type in my information..

My question. How do I format the file to get it to open and print in the blanks?
