Performance: 1.6ghz ULV VS 1.86ghz LV

So, I've pretty much decided I'll either be purchasing either the:

11inch, 1.6Ghz Core 2 Duo, 4GB ram, 128gb option
OR
13inch, 1.86Ghz Core 2 Duo, 4GB ram, 128gb option

However, upon specing them both, they're exactly the same price at $1299!

So, what are the real performance differences between these two processors? Any links to where I might be able to find a real world comparison?

Also, any thoughts on the 11inch vs the 13inch for computing? Since they're exactly the same price, it is tempting to go with the 13 inch for the higher resolution, faster processor-- but you've gotta love that 11 inch portability.
