Hi, I recently bought a used MacBook Pro (late 2013), since it is my first mac I do not know few things. I want to make a clean install of OS X and now after reading guide how to do this I know how its done, but after I will do this I will also loose all programs installed on this machine.... Main question is will I be able to download iWork and iLife for free later? I do not really need any other programs of it, just them, but I believe that I wouldn't be able to free install them later.

If you erase the drive and do a "clean install", then yes you will lose the iLife and iWorks apps. You will not be able to reinstall them from the App Store free.

You do get them free when you but a new Mac, but that applies to the original purchaser only.
