I know this wont apply to hardly anyone (I might even be the only one who this helps on this forums, but hey, I figured I'd at least TRY and help)
Yesterday when I checked eligibility on all the lines on my account, I was getting quoted full price on all lines (4)
but I noticed that I had past due balance. Made that payment yesterday, and today, one of my lines was eligible!
so if you have past due balance, they wont show you the eligibility on any of your lines (they dont even tell you that youll be eligible if you pay the balance)
anyone looking for an upgrade eligible line on their family plan, you could give this a shot. Worked for me
