I just set up a new MacBook Air, and I've got issues with two peripherals that I can't figure out.

First, a Logitech K760 keyboard that connects with Bluetooth - every time the keyboard goes to sleep, I have to redo the steps to have the Mac identify the keyboard (press the buttons next to the shift keys) before I can type again. Not the end of the world, but already getting annoying.

Second, connecting the WD Elements 5 TB external drive that I use for time machine causes the entire MacBook to lock up and basically become unresponsive. The external is connected with a USB A to an Anker USB C hub.

Both devices worked fine with my old MacBook Pro 2015 running MacOS 12. The K760 also works fine with an iPad Pro M1 and an HP laptop with an intel i5. The WD hard drive also works fine with my wife's 2019 16" MacBook Pro running MacOS 12.

Not sure if it's an issue with the MacBook itself or maybe just Ventura? Hopefully the latter...

thank you!

edit: problems resolved.
