Peripheral USB-hubbing with the MBP

So: mid-2012 MBP, two USB 3.0 ports. Can anyone foresee potential problems associated with keeping simultaneously plugged-in (1) an HP ZR2440W monitor with 4x integrated USB and (2) a Matias Tactile Pro keyboard with 3x integrated USB? In this configuration I would probably plug a USB printer into the monitor hub and a USB mouse into the keyboard hub. Also being able to charge a small MP3 player via either hub would be convenient. Occasional insertion of a flash drive too, otherwise that's it. Thanks!
