Permanent songs on ipod shuffle?

hey, i JUST got my new 1GB ipod shuffle and i LOVE IT!, but i was wondering, is there a way to use itunes and have like 120 songs permanently on the ipod (well not permanently, i can delete them when i want) that wouldn't be affected by autofill? i want to be able to autofill the REST of the shuffle with songs from my library while keeping my main playlist on it

Not an automatic way, but you could set up a playlist of your permanent songs. Then when you want to refill you could delete everything on there adn then copy over your playlist and then Autofill with the replace songs option unchecked. Or you could just delete everything below the 120 songs you want and then Autofill. I think someone will make an AppleScript to do this someday, but I haven't heard of one yet.
