Dear MacRumors...
I'm not a fan of the dock. What I was wondering and hoping for was ... Is there an application or hack that disables the dock and/or moves it to the right hand side of the menu bar with all the other icons? (Imagine an icon appearing there that, when clicked on, would display a drop down list of all running applications.)
It's my opinion that the combination of Quicksilver and the ability of Snow Leopard Expose to show minimized windows renders the dock obsolete. I've already got the dock as small as possible, set to auto-hide and positioned on the right hand side of the screen. I'm also using a black macbook and, well, the dock is just not something I use or like and I don't want to see it when I move the mouse to the side of the screen as it takes up too much real estate.
