I was doing some signal strenght testing by going into field test mode *3001..... etc and did the power/home combo to save field test mode so it continues to run after reboot etc. How do I permanently disable it and go back to bars now? I know tapping on the dbm will temporarily change it back to bars until I respring but I don't need to see the dbm anymore.

I could be wrong, but I think when I had an AT&T iPhone 4 I was able to get rid of the dBm numbers and bring back my bars for good by doing a network reset in the iPhone settings.

I tried the reset network settings and it still defaults to dBm. Hmm....
