Hi all,
I'm sure this has been covered a million times but after 2 days of reading the 'net on this I'm still stuck.
I have an old Time Machine backup of my MacBook Air. Since I switched to backing up over wifi, Lion created a brand new backup and didn't recognise the old one. I'm not too fussed because I don't really need anything off the old backups, apart from some configs in my old Library folder.
Problem is, if I navigate to my old user account in the backup I don't have permission to view the Library folder.
Get Info doesn't allow me to make any changes at all.
So the question is, how do I force it to give me access to this old Library folder and even all the other folders in the backup that I don't have access to?
Thanks in advance!
