I download an application (Microsoft SkyDrive) and drag that in the application folder. From my understanding the permission for that application should be changed that this can be used by all users of the computer.
That doesn't work with this one. The permissions are still for ME=R/W and Everyone=No access. E.g. I'm missing the "staff" permission.
The procedure worked well with an old version of SkyDrive but not with the latest one (Unfortunately MS forces you to install the newest version).
Can I change the permissions manually?
