Permission issue between mac

Hi,
I am new in this forum. I need some assistance on file permission issue between macs.

I have create a NAS sharing between MACs using SMB connection. I keep on encountering issue on issue whenever 1 user tries to copy a file to the NAS. Only the user himself can modify the file and noone can modify it.

All the users are using AD login as the permission setting. But on the NAS, there is no permission setting in it.

Can anyone please advise me on this? Thanks
