Permission issues with Mac os x(Version 10.5.8)

Hi All,

Am admin user and i created a file with no permissions.With this i expect,i wont be able to read,write or delete the file.But actually i cannot read or write but am able to move this file to Trash.

Is this the expected behaviour?(In my mind,no permissions means i should not be able to delete it also).Please help..
