Permission Problems

Hello,

I am having some problems with my Macbook air.
Some days ago I deleted my user and created a new admin, happened that they used the same admin name and system became crazy, I manage to solve this, but now I need to deleted some old users files but I get an error saying I don't have privileges.

I have repaired permissions using Disk Utility and Terminal but still getting same error.

Any ideas on how can I fix this?
Using YOSEMITE
