permission repair/verify-SUID file

I used Disk Utility to verify/repair permission on my late 2012 iMac under OS X 10.8.5. I got the following message:

(Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent” has been modified and will not be repaired.)

Any way to repair or can it be repaired or anything serious?

You can ignore it. I have been getting that also ever since Apple updated the remote management utility recently.
