Hey I have searched through many forums for hours trying to find an answer to my potential dilemma. On occasion I go about at "repair" permissions on my MacBook Pro running Version 10.6.8. After repairs are complete I often like to check my work and see if the permissions that were allegedly repaired actually were so I verify again. I have found sources that show that their are often permissions that will stick around even after repair and not to be bothered by them, for those references they usually are talking about 10 that don't get repaired. Currently on my machine I have 57 permissions that don't get repaired. 57 seems like a rather large number to me.

If anyone has any info it would be appreciated.
