I have just made the move from PC to a MBP and moved all of my email (something like 350k messages) to my server. I'd like to move these back to personal folders on my MBP so they aren't all on my server and can be backed up....How do I do this?

Outlook Troubles
It mostly depends on what kind of email server you are using. If you are using anything from Gmail to Outlook you can just use import, or export. I forgot which one, but anyway you can use one of those. If you are using something like Yahoo!, then I can't really help you with that.
