Personal Hotpot (for Sprint users)

After activated the iPhone 5 I found that personal hotspot is immediately usable. Is it normal? I don't have a tether package. Are yours the same? Or will I get charged?

on Iphone 4s I don't see such an option enabled by default.

I think if you select it, it will check your account and then tell you that you don't have that on your plan.

Not for me. It just turned on and I am able to use it. I only tried it once and does not want to get charged...
