Personal Hotspot not working it's annoying!

Iphone 6S, Personal Hotspot not working for a few weeks. Connection just come and drop (on the phone you see the bluebar appearing and dissappearing it's annoying)

So I reformated my Iphone too 10.3.3 no backup restored. and now when i connect to the phone it either just never connects or says the password is incorrect (which is not the case of course)

I tried changing the password, restoring network settings

Nothing helps

please help me

I've had iPhones since the beginning and I've always had issues with the hotspot. The only time it works somewhat reliably is with another Apple device. It seems to stay connected to my Macbook nicely. It has all sorts of issues connecting to my Windows PC

Never had a problem with personal hotspot for years with any of my iPhones.
You're sure it's not an issue with the device you're trying to connect to the hotspot?
Or it could be a hardware issue if you did a restore and setup as new and no devices can connect to it.

Tried an iPad a windows 7 laptop and an android all has same problem

And I already did a factory reset ( full reset)

You might have a hardware fault then.
I'd bring it to Apple to have it checked.

When you first make the connection to the hotspot, make sure your iPhone backlight is on and that you are on the personal hotspot screen.

I learned this trick last year and have never had a bad connection since. Something about the initial handshake happening when the personal hotspot screen is in the foreground and active that makes it stick.
