Personal Hotspot on O2 in UK?

Hi,

I've searched the forums and can't find an answer on this. I'm trying to set up Personal Hotspot on my iPhone 4 (IOS 5.0.1) on O2 in the UK. I'm on a regular pay monthly tariff.

The "set up personal hotspot" button under Settings>Network just leads to a Safari error page saying "file not found".

The O2 website doesn't seem to mention it at all.

Anybody had any experience with this?
