iPad mini Personal Hotspot on Sprint iPad Mini

With ATT you can buy personal hotspot prepaid but it's $20 on top of the 3gb data package.

With Verzion they were required by the FCC when they leased the wireless spectrum that LTE runs on (that the iPad is using) that all devices be unlocked and not restrict tethering.
