Has anyone been able to schedule their Personal Setup video session? I keep getting the we're sorry page whenever I try.
 
I set it up, in the car, while driving from the UPS depot to the store (at stoplights only). It is really easy.
 
Yes and I set mine up for 10:30 thinking it was my local time, Central. However, It's actually LA time, so I will try again at 12:30 my time. :confused: LOL
 
I was able to set mine up yesterday, right when I got the email. No issues with getting one.

Also, just curious, why have other people chosen to use the personal setup? Personally, I want to see what they say, maybe introduce me to new apps, and give some of the tricks and tips.
 
dumb question but why would you need to go to an Apple store to have your watch setup? the setup process literally takes care of itself.
 
been getting this same error for two days now.

It's an online session, and you go to the website to book it, much like a genius appointment. And no, it's apparently not just about the setup process, but until somebody reports a first-hand experience we won't really know.
