I need to send serialmails which I produced in Word with Mail merge Manager. I generated email messages which were then moved to the draft folder in Outlook (2011).
Now the problems:
1. When I click 'send all' in Outlook nothing is happening. I can only send each email seperately by opening every single one and click 'send'. As I need to send 1000 emails to my clients, this makes no sense.
Question: What can I do, so that the emails are all sent in one go?
2. Can I add an attachment (mp3 file) to the emails? Same attachment for all e-mails. Again without the need to attach the file to each email seperately.
3. How can I add a standard signature to all emails? So far I can only add a signature to a single email, when I open it and click on signature.
4. Is it possible to send serialmails with the apple mail programm? Just in case I won't be able to solve the problems in Outlook.
