personalized video advertisement

I recently received an email ad from Lands End with a link to a video. When you click through to the video promoting a coat donation project, you see people donating coats and then you see the recipients looking at the tags. On each tag is a person's name that donated the coat. At the very end, there is a tag with MY name on it. Does anyone know how they were able to personalize the video that way??

It could help if you post a link to the video, or a similar one.

It might be quite easy, just a matter of scripts, which insert your name and render it for you.

prob. a simple template/drop box so all one has to do is enter in text and render out or if its more sophisticated your email is attached to your name so when you view the video it just adds it in.
