personnel web sharing not starting up

ok, I got into sharing and enable personal web sharing, only thing is it doesn't start up. so I read up on it, I reinstalled apache, restarted got the message saying apache need to fix a few files, clicked ok,restarted machine. personal web sharing still not working.

any clues besides on how to get it up and running.

Almost undoubtedly, there's a permissions issue because of the way you reinstalled it.

Try repairing permissions to begin with.

How did you install it?
