So, I turned on my mac this morning to discover this little fellow crawling around on my screen. First I tried to wipe him off only to realize that this bug is trapped in between the LCD and outter plastic.

So how do I approach Apple with this? By the time I can get it to an Apple store, I'm sure it'll be dead - but it's left smudges inside that I of course can't clean off. Between this and 3 stuck pixels, I think I my have a good case to ask for a replacement machine.

Your thoughts?

I doubt they are going to replace to for that. But they could help you cleaning the screen maybe.

Dream on. No way in hell are they going to replace a machine because a bug crawled inside it. It is not a defect.
