Is there anyone else out there that has had it with the "should I buy now posts?" I know I have. When you go to the "post new thread" page it clearly states "Are you asking a question? Try searching first. Answers to many questions can be easily found." Am I the only one that feels this way?

You could always direct them to the Buyer's Guide. That's what it's there for.

I'd rather a petition to ban people complaining about threads of a nature they don't like.

How can they be banned? There really isn't a realistic way to prevent them from being created. If it really bothers you press

and report it, and let the mods make the final decision. :)

You people are taking it a little too seriously. I'm just making a joke about how every single "should I buy now" post is exactly the same. I'm not seriously proposing a ban on them people...geez.

I love it when something serious turns out to be a joke. You posted with a certain level of seriousness and when it turned bad it was suddenly a joke. I find that hilarious.

Well you did use the word "petition" in your thread title. That sounds like a proposal to me. :p

My bad...I'll be sure to throw in a smiley face next time so people don't take it so seriously lol. It literally took 2 minutes to get like 6 hateful replies over a joke. :D

what a stupid thread. at least "should i buy now or wait till later" threads have a purpose, unlike this.

EDIT: Apologies if anyone gets "offended". i happened to read this post right as i was receiving my daily overdose of internet stupidity and just had to say something. normally i'd do what most would and just ignore the thread.
