I think there is merit in customer feedback though. Take apple for instance. Steve Jobs said Edge was fast enough for anyone. Then a year later they brought out an iphone capable of 3g speeds. Then there was MMS. Steve said that everyone would be emailing as nearly all phones have email facilities now. This generation of iPhone has MMS. Then there's the macbook. They removed firewire, then put it back in. Then there's the lower price of the 3g (well, in the US anyway!!)
All the above were (seemingly) a direct result of customer feedback/complaining, so you never know, O2 may listen.
Then again, they may not..!
