PGP WDE - Encrypt only the BootCamp partition.

I have two partitions on my SSD, one with OS X Lion and one with Windows 7 in a bootcamp partition. How can I encrypt only the bootcamp partition? The PGP Desktop for Mac has only option to encrypt the whole drive (both MAC + Windows partition). PGP Desktop for Windows has the option to encrypt only a partition rather then the whole drive but if I try to encrypt the bootcamp partition from Windows I get an error regarding unrecognized partition type...
