Phantom 4 MOV Files now stutter on Sierra

Prior to upgrading to Sierra I used to play the 4K MOV files taken with my DJI Phantom 4 with no problem on my late 2013 MacBook Pro 13". Worked both in preview and quicktime player. Now they stutter and are unplayable.

Edit... just rebooted and playback is fine now. Strange, I will keep an eye on this... since I rarely reboot my MacBook.
