I'm getting these phantom data charges that are very large at times (25-100mb each) when the 4s is sitting within wifi in the middle of the night. I've found that the 4s uses 3g data when in standby even if wifi is available. However, I'm still getting AT&T data charges that the 4s doesn't register (4s claimed usage doesn't match AT&T claim).

I've had to turn off my 3g and turn it back on only when I need it. I'm sure this must have been discussed before. Has anyone figured a workaround that's better then shutting off 3g when it's not needed?

All of our 4s iPhones are having this problem.
