My iOS 7 5S vibrates several times a day without any visual notification of why. Nothing in the lock screen, Notification Center, or icon badges.

I'm sure there is some app configured to hide visual notifications but is still doing something in the background, but in going through the apps in the Notification Center settings page, I can't figure out which one.

Any suggestions on the best way to figure this out?

Mail? I believe it's set to not show anything by default.

Edit: My bad, I skimmed over it and saw you've already gone through NC settings.

This has been happening to me since I've bought my iPhone 5 last year (Dec). I'm not sure what's triggering this...sorry no suggestions for a remedy.

When you get the vibration, check All Inboxes in Mail. If it is because of mail, this should identify the account.
