This has been going on Since MAY. They prices are too high so this is how they get the price down to being competitive. I have their Carbon fiber skin for a Android phone and for my iPhone 4 and it's really nice. They also have buy one get one free (but not for Chromatics).

At least be honest. They do have orange peel. Although I do like the skins, you can definitely see the orange peel and they feel a bit tacky to the touch.
