Phantom startup item

For some odd reason, iTunes is a startup item, despite the fact that it's not in the login items for my account and it's not in /System/Library/StartupItems or /Library/StartupItems.

Any idea where this is coming from?

There's a plist file that handles additional startup items not listed in Login Items. Perhaps some application you installed added iTunes to that file.

Alas, I don't know the name of this file or where it's located - could someone more knowledgeable step in and help?
