We've been working on our game Phil the Pill for about a year. We'd love to hear your thoughts! We are hoping to launch by August 2014. It will be a universal app available on iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch and Android Devices as well.

If you have the Unity web player you can try an alpha demo of the game on your computer here: Playable Web Demo

At its core, Phil the Pill is a top down action-puzzle game that challenges you to find your way through a series of mazes without getting taken out by the hazards, traps or enemies. You control Phil using intuitive swipe, tap and multitouch gestures. Like any good roly poly, Phils’ main mode of transportation is rolling. Whenever you swipe in any direction, Phil will roll at a brisk pace as long as the path is clear. Tapping will stop Phil the Pill immediately and he will unroll and stand upright. When Phil is upright he has the ability to punch or use a weapon if he’s carrying one. Various walls in the mazes have different strength properties. Phil is able to punch through dirt walls. As the levels progress, various other wall materials such as wood and concrete will require more powerful weapons like the pea shooter and bombs to break through. On top of serious puzzle play, Phil will also have to fend off enemies as they try to impede his progress. Ultimately Phils goal is to dismantle the occupation that Hank the Stank has imposed on Pillville and save Princess Polycorn.
