Will the Philips SPC900NC/37 webcam work with Tiger or Leopard?

I understand it has macam support, but I would like to hear what people here have to say about it.
http://www.woot.com has a special on them for $25 - today only (March 9).

Thats a great price, IF it will work on my iBook.

I ordered one of these, and it worked with Yahoo using the macam drivers. I could not get it to work with iChat. My mom will use it on her Windows computer since I now have a Logitech Quickcam Ultra Vision SE which works natively on OSX.

If it's not UVC, iChat (for some odd reason) needs iChatUSBCam to use it.

Was the light on your Philps cam always on when you connected it? Mine seems to be always on. Maybe it's why I can't connect to Skype or YM. Connects fine to MACAM though.

Can't get this thing to work... :(

I don't remember, but next time I'm at my Mom's I'll give it a try again with my iBook.
