iOS Phone Activation After Installing iOS 8 Beta?

i just wanted to check out iOS beta 8

I'm overseas right now and when i installed it in my old iPhone 4S it asked to be activated, since I'm overseas i can't use my SIM card to activate it.


theres no way to bypass this? this phone is pretty much useless until i get back home for now.


thank god i didnt do this on my current phone, it would of been a hassle to get picked up.
