phone app, recents, should it show other app calls or not?

The 'recent' tab of the phone app appears to show any call or video call from any app, Team, messenger, etc.
This was quite handy as different people use different apps these day for calling (oddly good old mobile phone calls are not common!).

When I reboot the phone, all of the other app logs are missing from 'recent' and only the mobile calls are listed. Then it starts to log them all again on the other apps from the reboot point.

I'm presuming this is a bug, it should either log them all or not at all, which should it be?
