Phone application question

maybe its the wrong thread, if it is Mods please move it to the correct location. I have a Nokia phone and I was wondering if anyone here has any info of any applications which I can use it with the nokia on my macbook.

I am particulalry looking for something where I can make my mp3 as my ringtones for the phone. also transfering videos to my phone thorugh mac.

do what i used to do -

bluetooth in via browse device and send your vids that way - with mp3's just use imovie or QT to export the MP3 into the Wav or whatever you need it in to the phone also
