I restored my phone and it attempted to send a weird text message as soon as the activation was done. Here is the message:

"Your message to 465464654163 could not be delivered because the mobile number is invalid or or could not be connected"

It was not sent by me, the phone number looks too long, it has a typo by having the word "or" there twice.

Anyone know what is this?

I believe that your sim card sends a message to your carrier when it is put into a new phone requesting carrier settings to be sent, it could be this message that has either been programmed into the sim wrong or the phone is for some reason changing the number.

I restored my phone many times with the same sim card - never taken out - and never had this before.
