Phone Book in Sherlock

When I try to open Phone Book in Sherlock I get a message saying "This Channel Is Temporarily Unavailable. Check Back Soon." Is anybody else getting this message or is it just me?

Unfortunately (if you use it, which I don't), Sherlock is going to the big hard drive in the sky. In English: Sherlock has been totally outmoded by Dashboard, and its services are slowly but surely crumbling into unsupportedness. The Phone Book service is down, and has been for at least a week.
