So my Pro Max that i got on Friday has been a complete nightmare. Not only does it refuse to download Apple music locally - tech support have escalated to engineering as we tried everything - but using CarPlay,the screen in my car kept going blank and then reactivating CarPlay. Changed the cable and still kept happening So i reset the phone back to factory settings and attempted to restore from the cloud. Got to the end of the progress bar and it just hung. Three hours later and still stuck. Couldn't reboot the phone. Called Tech support and they couldn't do anything and said to get it replaced. Not a good weekend
