My iPhone 5 buzzes and makes the sound for new mail every few minutes, but no notification is present. This is a jailbroken phone, and it started happening after a respring from safe mode. If possible, I'd love to fix this without having to restore/rejailbreak. I've checked settings for mail and I don't see anything set that would 'remind' me that I have mail in my inbox.
