It seems that about 50% of the time when I go to make a call my phone just sits there on the dialing screen. No ringing or anything just silence. Sometimes it goes through eventually but most of the time I have to cancel it and try it again.

This is with AT&T in Los Angeles.

Anyone else have this issue?

I actually noticed this happening alot lately, probably is att, but i hope it doesn't happen too often, if there is ever an emergency, i don't want to be waiting for twenty seconds before the call connects.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_0_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8A306 Safari/6531.22.7)

It happens to me occasionally. I'm pretty sure it's AT&T and not my iPhone 4. I've noticed that I only have 1 or 2 bars of service when this happens.
