iPhone 12 Pro Phone call logs and timers

I just hooked my phone up to my Mac and did a restore to set it up like new. I did not restore from a backup but when I started setting it up I noticed that the call logs and the cumulative timer had an hour and four minutes on it. Any ideas. I want to start fresh.

when I restore my phone as new I get call timers carrying over. I don’t know why.

Doesn’t work. It is a thing that iCloud carries over
