Phone Calls Coming in as 2 Separate Calls

Is anyone having an issue where when receiving phone calls they come is as two separate calls? It gives you the option to put one on hold but that doesn't allow for conversation either.

Any fixes if so?

IOS 7 Beta 3 FYI
