Today I've encountered a concerning issue that gives me some privacy concerns.
I received the "Call Failed" notification while on a business call but could still hear the meeting continue. There was no indication of the call in the phone app or the orange dot that shows the microphone in use. I was still able to hear everyone and speak to them. When this happened I couldn't end the call, mute myself or toggle off speaker phone. The phone app was acting as if I wasn't on a call at all. I had to toggle airplane mode to kill the call and restarted my phone to be safe.
Anyone else encounter this? I'm planning to share this feedback with Apple along with wiping my phone tonight as I fear this could be a terrible glitch if it reoccurs without my knowledge.
Using iOS 14.2 11pro max using dual sim (Verizon/T-Mobile).
