iPhone phone cellular calls working in 8 gm?

i enable this option in facetime in my iphone 5 and when i receive gsm calls they dont appear in my ipad in the same wifi at my home. did i miss something?

Are both of your devices running iOS 8?

sollution...

turn off facetime in both devices. (iphone and ipad)
restart both devices.
turn on facetime and works!

Calls go to my iPad just fine.
