Phone completely messed up

Decided to update to IOS 8.0 GM. While doing so it crashed got a blue screen iPhone wouldn't turn on. I forced in to recovery and restored it to IOS8, I had my phone unlocked via chronic unlocks and its a factory type of unlock.

But I can't get my phone working its telling me its not supported

Is the activation server messed up or not up?

Make sure the firmware you downloaded is the right type for your device.

If on PC, iTunes 11.4 has been released. Try updating from that again.
