iPhone X Phone doesn’t reliably determine location, messes up home control

I use my iPhone to represent my location for HomeKit control, but lately while I’m at home my phone will suddenly think I’m away, then back, multiple times a night. I get notifications that I’ve left the house and left the lights on (though I never left), then the rules for arriving home will execute (certain lights come on). This is making the geofencing aspect of home control almost unusable for me. Anyone have any insights into why my phone might be doing this?

Try resetting network settings. The GPS chip could possibly be going bad.

I’m having the same problem with HomeKit, super annoying!
